Room Rental Pricing:

• Main Auditorium: $125/hour
• Side Auditoriums: $75/hour
• Auditorium Lobby: $65/hour
• Cafeteria: $125/hour
• Gourmet Dining Room: $100/hour
• Student Commons: $100/hour
• Small Conference Rooms/Classrooms (Capacity < 20): $65/hour
• Large Conference Rooms/Classrooms (Capacity > 20): $90/hour
• Specialty Labs: $175/hour
• Hallways: $50/hour
• Parking Lots: $50/hour
• Additional Services:
  • AV and IT setup: $75/hour (One Hour Minimum)
  • Catering services through Hennepin Tech Culinary program (When Classes In-Session)
