Internship Requirement
Students must be eligible to obtain a CDL (Commercial Drivers License) and be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical, drug screening, and background check as a condition of employment for the internship portion of the program which begins during the first semester.
Tools Required
A tool list will be provided on the first day of class and instructors will work with students to help them create an individualized tool purchasing plan. Various suppliers provide tools at a discounted price to students enrolled in the program and range between $500 - $5000.
