How to Obtain your Academic Record

  1. Login to eServices
  2. Under e-Services, choose either Brooklyn Park Campus or Eden Prairie Campus.
  3. Enter your StarID and password. If you want your name to appear on your academic record, click in the box labeled Display Name. Click on Login.
  4. Click on Academic Records located on the menu on the left side of the screen.
  5. Select Unofficial Transcripts from the menu.
  6. Click on one of the 2 options: Chronological or Subject, then choose Get Academic Record. (Placement test scores may be visible on Academic Records sorted by "Subject".)
  7. Click on the Print Icon to print a PDF of your academic record/unofficial transcript
  8. Click on Logout located on the upper right side of the screen.
