- Make sure you are asking questions related to the supported services.
- Take advantage of the chatbot "Explore" button.
- Do not provide any unsolicited information.
- If Techie can't answer your question, a help option will appear to reach out to a staff member.

Fun Fact
Did you know that the Techie chatbot avatar was designed by a Hennepin Tech student?
In the fall of 2021 a competition was launched for students to design an avatar that appears friendly, helpful, and represents Hennepin Technical College. The winner of the program was Graphic Design student Natalie White.
