Financial Assistance
CEAP (Community Emergency Assistance Program)
Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) is a community-based, non-profit agency dedicated to providing information, referrals, advocacy and assistance to our neighbors.
Energy Assistance Program
The Energy Assistance Program helps pay for home heating and water costs and furnace repairs for income-qualified households.
PRISM (People Responding in Social Ministry)
Each year we help 250 households avoid eviction by providing housing-related financial assistance, advocacy, assistance with applications for energy assistance programs, and referrals for community resources to address other issues such as transportation, employment, child care, and mental health care.
PROP (People Reaching Out to Other People)
PROP offers support through an array of programs to help people get back on their feet, regain control, and live a life where they can thrive.
The 30-Days Foundation
The 30-Days Foundation helps Minnesota families and individuals in real life financial crisis by providing a one-time grant paid only to the service provider that requires payment.
VEAP (Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People)
Support to maintain safe and stable housing, including communicating with property management, proposing payment arrangements, and guidance to secure affordable housing. Assistance interpreting housing subsidies and housing search tips and tools provided. Help understanding legal rights and responsibilities of renters and property owners and connections to legal professionals when necessary.

Beacon (Interfaith Housing Collaborative)
Beacon's vision and mission is that all people have a home and as a collaborative of congregations united in action we create homes and advance equitable housing.
Onward Eden Prairie Housing
Our safe, affordable housing helps young adults emerge from homelessness. Providing safe, affordable, transitional, supportive housing in the southwest suburbs for single adults age 18-24 who do not have children.

Stepping Stone
Whether shelter is needed for a few nights or a few months, all Stepping Stone residents are treated with dignity and respect and have their basic needs met. This means a bed and linens to call their own, three meals per day, showers, laundry facilities, and even clothing and toiletries when needed.
The Salvation Army
For those with no place to go or in need of emergency shelter, local Salvation Army homeless shelters provide a warm, safe place for men, women, and – whenever possible – families to stay.
